Q. I have placed an order, but I have not received a completion email.
A. Either cause is considered. ① Your order was not completed to the end. ②There was an error in the email address you entered. (3) It has been sorted into the spam folder. Please check once.

Q.What happens if I cancel after ordering?
A. If you cancel the order before the product shipping procedure is completed, it will be cancelled. If you would like to place an order again, please apply again.

Q.I would like to send a gift to a friend. Can you wrap the gift?
A.I am very sorry. We do not provide gift wrapping paper or related goods on this site.

Q. Is your company name on the delivery slip?

However, some products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or our supplier. In that case, please note that we may write the name of the manufacturer, the name of our supplier, etc. on the delivery slip.

Q.Can I specify the delivery date?
A.It is currently not possible to specify the delivery date. After completing the order, we will deliver it within 7 days (within 14 days depending on the product) after going through the prescribed procedures.
Please note that there may be delays due to the following circumstances.

Q.Can I specify the delivery time?

Q.Can you ship overseas?
A.Currently, we do not accept overseas shipments. We will deliver only within Japan. We will consider this in the future.

<about shipping cost>

Q.How much is the shipping fee?
A. If the total amount of items in one order is 11,000 yen (including tax) or more, shipping will be free.
・11,000 yen (tax included) or more: free shipping ・10,999 yen (tax included) or less: 770 yen (tax included)
However, please note that for deliveries to Okinawa and remote islands, a shipping fee of 3,300 yen (including tax) will be charged for each product, regardless of the above fee structure .

Q.If you have been absent for a long time, have an unknown address, have moved, or have refused to receive the item,
how will it be?

A.If the delivery company's storage period has passed and the product is returned, we may charge a return handling fee.

<Regarding returns/exchanges/cancellations>

Q.Can I cancel after completing the order?
A. Please note that it is not possible to cancel an order after the product has been shipped.

Q.In what cases can I return or exchange an item?

Please note that in principle, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

Regarding returns and exchanges of products, we will exchange only if there is an initial defect or product difference at the time of arrival.

In that case, please contact our shop within 7 days after the product arrives and return it so that it arrives at the return address specified by our shop within 10 days after contacting us. *Please note that the return address may differ depending on the product.

Also, please note that we will not be able to respond regardless of the reason for contacting us after 8 days have passed since the product arrived.

In addition, if the product you purchased at the time of return exchange has been discontinued, will not be produced in the future, the same parts are difficult to obtain, or it is difficult to obtain the same product as at the time of purchase in terms of color, size, model, etc. In this case, we will consult with the customer in advance.

<Precautions when returning or exchanging>

A.In our store, we will only introduce products (published by product standards, etc.). Currently, we do not purchase or ship products. Therefore, for detailed questions and inquiries after purchase, you will be asked directly to each store company after the screen transition to Amazon.
